Our company, Fero-Term Ltd. Zagreb, Ilirska 3, was registered on April 11th, 1991. in Zagreb, as a 100% privately owned trading company. Considering our shy beginnings in the early 90's of the past century, it seems almost incredible that our company managed to become a working collective with more than 200 employees in relatively short period of time. We look back with pride and remember the fast progress and rapid growth of our company.

Fero-Term Ltd. product assortment includes programs for central heating, plumbing, ceramic tiles, air-conditioning as well as bathroom and sanitary equipment and furnishing. Our administration and large storage facilities are located in Buzin (Zagreb area). Today, our company owns twelve large display and sales centers throughout Croatia. Most of these centers are located in Zagreb (Ilirska street, Kustošija, Dubrava, Buzin and Sv. Nedjelja) but we also have display and sales outlets in Osijek, Sisak, Karlovac, Šibenik and Split.

OUR MISSION
Some time ago, our citizens used to go and look for this product assortment in neighboring countries (Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary and others) where they could find wider variety and favorable payment conditions. Our goal is to make it cheaper and more convenient for our customers to buy what they need in their own city.
Therefore, our mission is to provide Croatian companies and citizens with the opportunity to purchase this sort of merchandise at the best price available in this region. It is a continuous mission and we are determined to accomplish it by keeping high standards, having a modern assortment of products that our customers may purchase at better price and better conditions than what they might find by traveling abroad.

We have set a clear goal to become the leading regional company of the above stated merchandise trade in Croatia as well as in the surrounding region (some of the neighboring countries have been our regular customers for number of years now). We are willing to work very hard and make lots of sacrifices to get where we are heading and we will reach our goal by having a high quality products and by keeping our customers satisfied.
